The Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic is a computer-based test of English that can be used for visa applications, applying to study at University and for registration with a variety of professional bodies in Australia.
The test has a number of advantages:

ALACC’s PTE Academic Preparation course is designed to help students prepare for the PTE by studying the specific skills tested, using official practice material. This includes learning strategies for the different PTE items, and undertaking an online practice exam to become familiar with the test format.
