💰 Making Finances Simple: Tax Return Webinar with S&S Accounting

Navigating taxes as an international student can feel overwhelming but it doesn’t have to be. That’s why, in July, EduConnect partnered with S&S Accounting to host a free, informative webinar designed specifically for international students living in Australia.

The session focused on how to lodge a tax return confidently and correctly, with step-by-step guidance tailored to student needs. Topics included eligibility, required documents, how to claim deductions, and practical tips on maximizing your refund.

Whether students were working part-time or had just arrived in Australia, the webinar helped demystify the tax process and empowered them to manage their finances more effectively.

In July, EduConnect was honoured to participate in a prestigious networking event hosted by The University of Law at the luxurious Marriott Hotel, Kathmandu. The event brought together a dynamic mix of education consultants, academic leaders, and university representatives all with a shared commitment to shaping the future of international education.

This high-level gathering created a valuable platform for collaboration, where our team engaged in meaningful conversations about the evolving landscape of global education, the importance of holistic student support services, and the need for innovative, student-centered counselling.

The University of Law event also offered fresh insights into how institutions are adapting to changing student needs and expectations particularly for those aiming to study in the United Kingdom. 🏆 EduConnect’s IELTS Premier League : A Test Prep Revolution in Motion

July kicked off with a competitive twist as EduConnect launched its game-changing IELTS Premier League a dynamic four-week mock test series created to take IELTS preparation to the next level. Designed to mimic the pressure and pacing of the real exam, the league has quickly become a favorite among students aiming to boost their scores with purpose and excitement.

The first two weeks have already seen impressive participation, with students showing up, challenging themselves, and learning from each round. Weekly leaderboards, personalized feedback, and a real exam environment have pushed participants to sharpen their strategies and build confidence under pressure.

But the journey isn’t over yet. With two more weeks to go, the competition is heating up. More opportunities await for students to climb the ranks, outperform their previous scores, and for the top performers win exciting rewards that recognize both effort and excellence.

The Language Carnival was bursting with energy, learning, and joyful moments  and to make it even more memorable, a few lucky students were treated to exclusive EduConnect gift hampers!

These surprise giveaways added a layer of fun and appreciation, turning smiles into laughter and making the entire celebration even more rewarding. From interactive games to language challenges, every moment was filled with excitement  and the hampers were the perfect cherry on top.
