This AQF Level 6 course revisits topics introduced at AQF Level 5 and goes deeper into their practical application (significant opportunity exists to receive credit transfer for prior learning, for a possible fast track to completion. Entirely new material is introduced to walk you through the end-to-end process of managing a café, restaurant, hotel, or any business with guests and patrons; from managing a franchise, budgeting, stock control, and utilisation of physical assets, through to how to gain, train and maintain the right team and leverage technology for compliance and profit.
