Course Overview

This qualification provides skills and knowledge required to perform effectively as a manager, team leader or supervisor managing a workplace. It will develop skill base and knowledge and awareness of management practice. Workers at this level operate at an advanced skill level and may also have responsibility for the supervision of other staff and volunteers.
Graduates of the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management will develop an understanding of the dynamics and principles underlying effective functioning of work groups, as well as the necessary skills to competently function within small and/or large organisations. Graduates will also be equipped with understanding of management practices and supervision awareness.

Course Structure

To gain an Advanced Diploma of Business, you must successfully complete all 12 (4 core, 8 elective) units of competency.

Academic Entry Requirements
  • After achieving the BSB50215 Diploma of Business or other relevant qualification/s

OR

  • With vocational experience but without formal supervision or management qualification
AND
  • Year 12 or equivalent 
Minimum Age to Apply 18 years old or over at the time of enrolment.
Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum)

IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.

Placement test from College is also available as alternative proof of language skills.
