Course Overview

In this course you will develop hospitality service, sales and operational skills, and sound knowledge of industry operations. As a graduate you can expect to be employed in roles that will see you using discretion and judgement, working with some independence and under limited supervision using plans, policies and procedures to guide your work activities.
