  6. AURLTX104 Diagnose complex faults in light vehicle transmission and driveline
  7. AURETH101 Depower and reinitialise battery electric vehicles
  8. AURLTE105 Diagnose complex faults in light vehicle diesel engines
  9. AURTTR101 Diagnose complex faults in engine management systems

Academic Entry Requirements

Those undertaking the certificate IV in automotive mechanical diagnosis must have completed an automotive mechanical certificate lll qualification, or be able to demonstrate equivalent competency.

Minimum Age to Apply ⇒ Students must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or turning 18 years of age prior to commencement of their study.

Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum)

If a student’s first language is not English, they must have an International English Language Testing System (IELTS), academic module – score of 5.5 with no individual score less than 5.0 or equivalent.

NOTE: All applicants from AL3 countries must sit an IELTS test.
