Course Structure
The Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420) course has 12 total units of competency, including 6 core units and 6 elective units.
This course is offered on a full-time basis over 52 weeks, including 40 weeks term time and 12 weeks of holidays. During term students attend scheduled classes for 15 hours per week. Students are required to undertake additional independent study, homework and assessment outside of class time. The approximate delivery hours for this course are:

| Minimum Age to Apply | Minimum age 18 unless you are enrolling directly from Year 12 aged 17. All students under 18 must provide evidence of a Homestay arrangement and signed permission from a parent or legal guardian. |

| English Language Requirements | Minimum English language proficiency of IELTS 5.5 (overall band) or equivalent by Pearson, Cambridge, or TOEFL. Students will submit a pre-training assessment review to assess if the course is appropriate for their interests and abilities, plus an LLN test to determine learner needs. Additional requirements will be arranged at this point. |
