Course Overview
The Graduate Diploma in Business is a standalone qualification for professionals with ambition and drive who wish to develop their responsible and sustainable leadership skills. Learners of this course will gain a holistic strategic business point-of-view required to operate effectively in an increasingly competitive and changing global business world.
Students will learn to diagnose issues in real organisations, they will also start to explore the latest thinking and practices from leading organisations and research worldwide and evaluate emerging options in today’s business environment. The students of Graduate Diploma of Business will also get the chance to fine-tune skills in problem solving, ethical decision-making, communication and teamwork.
Course Structure
To complete the Graduate Diploma of Business program, the student would need to complete 6 courses in the following order:
Semester 1:
- MGMT401 Contemporary Management & Leadership
- ECON401 Economics for Managers
- CGES401 Corporate Governance, Ethics and Sustainability
Semester 2:
- MGMT402 Strategic Management
- MGMT403 Marketing Management and Research Methods
- ACCT401 Accounting and Financial Management
Entry Requirement
