Course Overview

This qualification is designed for international students to upskill in the field of organisational learning and capability development and to generate and evaluate complex ideas either with previous experience or not. They also initiate, design, and execute major learning and development functions within an organization. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.

Course Structure

This course requires the completion of 8 units including 3 core units and 5 elective units.

  • Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree from any country

           OR

  • Completed AQF level 5 (Diploma Level) Qualification in Australia.
Minimum Age to Apply All students must be aged 18 years or over at the time of applying for admission to the Institute.

Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum)

IELTS overall band of 5.5 equivalent or above

OR any one of:

  • TOEFL iBT test score band of 46 equivalent or above
  • PTE Academic band score 42 equivalent or above
  • OET score band “C” Pass equivalent or above
  • Completion of a full-time studies in Australia towards a Certificate III or above
  • Satisfactory completion of the EAL course / English language course or satisfactory completion of 10-20 weeks ELICOS from a National ELT Accreditation Scheme (NEAS) Accredited English Institution with an IELTS score of 5.0.
