Course Overview
This programme provides you with a broad introduction to the fundamental principles of business and management in a rapidly changing, increasingly globalised world. Supported by practice-based interdisciplinary teaching and research, you will develop your business expertise alongside the practical and professional skills needed to effectively manage the challenging issues affecting organisations today. For those whose previous undergraduate study has been in an unrelated discipline, the programme will provide you with the skills and knowledge that you will need to gain a broad understanding of the complexities associated within modern day organisations and their effective management. It will prepare you to feel confident and assured in your own capacity to analyse complex issues and situations and to be able to manage yourself and the organisation through them in a positive and effective manner
Course Structure
TRIMESTER 1
This programme enables graduates to gain a career-enhancing postgraduate management qualification that will equip them to become the business leaders of the future. The advanced programme of study develops commercial acumen, knowledge, business and professional skills. It is ideal for those wishing to secure a credible postgraduate Business & Management qualification.
TRIMESTER 2
Prior work experience and a first degree in Business and Management are not essential, as the programme explores fundamental principles of business and management and strengthens employability skills. Students will engage in the advanced study of a diverse range of organisations and the rapidly changing environments in which they operate both nationally and internationally.

TRIMESTER 3
Students will enhance both their academic research skills and the practical management skills that they will need in order to manage human resources, complex organisational systems and the challenging issues affecting business in a rigorous, pragmatic and effective manner.
