The BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business provides students with the contemporary business knowledge and competencies required for a fulfilling managerial career.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of business services job roles, who may have general management accountabilities. Individuals in these roles carry out complex tasks in a specialist field of expertise. They may undertake technical research and analysis, and will often contribute to setting the strategic direction of a work area.
This qualification is suited to individuals who are responsible for the leadership and management of a team or work area, including managing staff performance and making staffing decisions.
Course Structure
The BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business requires the successful completion of ten (10). This accelerated course is delivered over 52 weeks, including 36 weeks of training and assessment delivered over three trimesters (comprising 6 terms of 6 weeks each) and including 16 weeks of holidays. It is recommended that students spend an additional 11 hours per week on study, research, practice and assessment preparation.

| Academic Entry Requirements | Entry into this qualification is limited to students have previously completed BSB50120 Diploma of Business or equivalent; or another Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Business Services Training Package; or have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
