The Diploma of Business (DipBus) is a 1-year undergraduate pathway award into the Sheridan Bachelor of Business.
There are also credit pathways from the DipBus into the undergraduate programs at Curtin University, Edith Cowan University, Alphacrucis College and Christian Heritage College.
Course Structure
The Diploma of Business (DipBus) comprises 8 units of study (or subjects).
Each unit represents 3 credit points. To fulfil the requirements of the DipBus award, you will need to complete a minimum of 24 credit points.
Common Core units (8 units)
There are three types of common core units:
Business units - six foundation units in management, marketing, accounting, economics, law and information systems
Research unit - one unit on academic and professional communication. This unit is taken by students from all undergraduate courses at Sheridan
Christian Studies unit - one unit on the Christian faith. Like the Research unit, this unit is taken by students from all undergraduate courses at Sheridan
