BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management provides skills and knowledge required to perform effective management in a medium to small workplace. The program develops an awareness of general business management practice involving the supervision of staff members.

The course is provided through the Mercury Colleges ELearn platform. Your teachers deliver lectures and tutorials face to face on campus plus students are to complete weekly study online through ELearn. Progress is tracked for every student.The course is offered in a blended mode of delivery and assessment. This means students are required to attend 15 hours face-to-face full-time classroom study plus complete 5 hours of structured online learning every week.
