Course Overview

Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management is designed for students who wish to develop specialised knowledge, skills and experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Students at this level will be able to use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. They should also use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

Admission Requirements
Academic Entry Requirements
Minimum secondary studies in your home country equivalent to an Australian Year 11.
Students need to undertake a pre-training review prior to commencement of studies to ensure that they have ability to complete the course.
Minimum Age to Apply Mercury Institute of Victoria is not accepting students under the age of 18.
Academic Entry Requirements As a condition of the Student Visa, the Australian Government requires the student to have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). Students need to indicate whether they require Mercury Institute of Victoria to organise their OSHC or if they will arrange it by themselves.
