Course Overview

This course shows teachers how the visual system works in conjunction with imagination and the formation of new ideas. It forms a solid platform to explore other modalities of creative thinking, by starting at the beginning and looking at the brain.

Course Structure

This short course runs for just over 2 hours tutorial time. It has an additional 1 hour of combined Mindfulness Meditation & Visualisation in addition to the learning. Homework is self-directed and self-paced. You may start at anytime and finish when you finish.

Career Opportunities

Teachers need to have their own creativity nurtured. Most teachers haven't been taught the fundamentals nor the neuroscience of imagination. Previously we didn't realise it was so important for future minds. That's ok, now we know.

We want to improve our critical and creative thinking, so we'll need to invest in the continual development of our teachers imaginative capabilities. This course is for psychology and education students.
