Course Structure

KCBT students progressing from SIT40516 Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (Successfully completed the 21 units) will need to complete the following 6 units in this course.

  1. BSBMGT517 Manage operational plan 
  2. SITXCCS007 Enhance customer service experience 
  3. SITXCCS008Develop and manage quality customer service practices 
  4. SITXFIN004 Prepare and monitor budgets 
  5. SITXGLC001 Research and comply with regulatory requirements 
  6. SITXHRM002 Roster staff

Entry Requirement

Admission Requirements
Academic Entry Requirements Completed Year 12 (or equivalent)
Minimum Age to Apply Must be 18 years of age or over
Academic Entry Requirements Completion of KCBT SIT40516 Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
Language Requirement
English Language Requirements
Minimum 5.5 IELTS or PTE 42 score & above or equivalent or KCBT placement test.
