This qualification provides you with the technical and management skills to become a low or medium rise builder and/or construction manager, covering work in commercial applications.

Admission Requirements
Minimum Age to Apply	To gain entry to full course it is recommended you: Completed Level 10 or Higher Must be older than 18 years of age to enrol To gain entry for RPL for the 8 units taken from BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management, it is recommended that you have: Have been employed in the general construction industry and have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in residential and commercial applications for RPL Must be older than 18 years of age to enrol. A student younger would find it hard to have gained the level of knowledge and skills gained through life, work and study, that is required to meet the criteria of RPL
