Course Overview

You will apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. You also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, you would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.

This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability.

Entry Requirement

Admission Requirements
Minimum Age to Apply Minimum 18 years of age.
Academic Entry Requirements Diploma/Advanced Diploma qualification in any field of study (onshore or offshore) or equivalent; OR
Bachelor’s degree in any field of study (onshore or offshore) or equivalent;
OR
Evidence of relevant work experience (no less than 3 years in a senior management or leadership position).
Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum) International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a minimum score of 6.0 in the Academic section and no band less than 5.5 for the other sections.
TOEFL-IBT Score (Minimum) Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Internet-Based Test must have scored 65 or higher.
PTE Score (Minimum) Pearson Test of English (PTE) must have scored 46 or higher.
CAE Score (Minimum) Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) ESOL test must have score 169 or higher.
