Course Overview
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes with broad parameters.
They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesis information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

| Academic Entry Requirements | Completion of Year 12 or equivalent, or students progressing from Diploma of Leadership and Management. It is expected that candidates will be entering this qualification through preferred pathways; or with demonstrable and relevant vocational experience in a supervisory role. This course is also suitable for students progressing from BSB51918 Diploma of Leadership and Management or BSB50215 Diploma of Business. Course entry requirements as described above – Pathways preferred (See Pathways tab) |
