Course Overview

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes with broad parameters.

They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesis information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

Entry Requirement

Admission Requirements
Academic Entry Requirements
Completion of Year 12 or equivalent, or students progressing from Diploma of Leadership and Management. It is expected that candidates will be entering this qualification through preferred pathways; or with demonstrable and relevant vocational experience in a supervisory role.

This course is also suitable for students progressing from BSB51918 Diploma of Leadership and Management or BSB50215 Diploma of Business.

At least 18 years of age at the commencement of the course
Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum) IELTS 5.5  with a minimum 5.0 in each band, or equivalent TOEFL iBt 46, TOEFL PBT 527, or PTE 42
