Your final term you are into your Industry Placement for 48 shifts in a live restaurant around Perth CBD! In addition, you will learn the final core chef skills of planning, costing and developing beautiful menus.

This qualification provides a pathway to work as a commercial cook in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafes, cafeterias and coffee shops. Possible job title includes:
Students will have 192 hours of supervised and approved work placement (Industry Placement) in a live approved restaurant (192 hours in term 4; includes 48 shifts a combination of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner etc).
