COURSE DURATION
This course is delivered over 104 weeks (including 24 weeks of holidays). Classes are rostered for 2 ½ days per week + self-study component. Full Time studies requires students to attend a minimum of 20 scheduled course contact hours per week.

BSBHRM613 Contribute to the development of learning and development strategies
BSBHRM611 Contribute to organisational performance development
BSBLDR812 Develop and cultivate collaborative partnerships and relationships
TAELED803 Implement improved learning practice
BSBFIN801 Lead financial strategy development
The course will help you develop autonomy, ability to respond, and organisational management with the aim of assisting a corporation or education institute meet the learning needs of their employees. Equip yourself with the necessary skills and knowledge with the BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) and become a valuable resource for the education and training efforts of an enterprise.
