The Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership (BSB80320) reflects the role of individuals who apply advanced knowledge and skills in a range of strategic leadership and management roles.

Your past credentials and experience means your superiors, peers, and subordinates expect you to take charge, set the vision for the organisation and safely steer the enterprise to achieve goals even in times of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. You are responsible for applying judgement, initiative and ethics when leading change and achieving corporate objectives. Course Structure

The Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership (BSB80320) course has 8 total units of competency, including 2 core units and 6 elective units.

Delivered full-time over 52 weeks, including 40 weeks term time and 12 weeks of holidays. During term students attend scheduled classes for 15 hours per week. Students are required to undertake additional independent study, homework and assessment outside of class time. The approximate delivery hours for this course are:
