Certificate IV In Business
Course Overview
The Certificate IV in Business has been designed for students wishing to develop the special skills and knowledge required to successfully pursue a career in business. The areas of study have been selected and clustered to give the candidate a good introduction to business management and general business administration. These carefully selected study areas also enable the candidate to develop the necessary skill set to make a confident entry to lower/middle management. This course is designed to lead into the BSB50120- Diploma of Business, giving the candidate a rich and full compilation of business skills and tools required in this age of the “knowledge is power” world of business.
Course Structure
To achieve a Certificate IV in Business, the following 6 core units and an additional 6 elective units must be completed.
- BSBCRT411 Apply critical thinking to work practices
- BSBTEC404 Use digital technologies to collaborate in a work environment
- BSBTWK401 Build and maintain business relationships
- BSBWHS411 Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs
- BSBWRT411 Write complex documents
- BSBXCM401 Apply communication strategies in the workplace
