Course Overview

Is it time to utilise and sharpen your leadership skills within the Community Sector? Then this course is for you. This qualification reflects the role of workers who are Middle Managers or Managers across a range of community sector organisations. These people work independently and report to Executive Management, Directors or Boards of Management. They undertake a range of functions requiring the application of knowledge and skills to achieve results in line with the organisation’s goals and strategic directions.

This course requires the completion of 13 units including 8 core units and 5 elective units.

Admission Requirements
Minimum Age to Apply
Must be 18 years or older
Academic Entry Requirements Hold a qualification at Diploma level or above, relevant to work in the community sector or have sufficient experience and knowledge of community work or service.

IELTS Score (Minimum)
Upper intermediate level of English (IELTS Score of 5.5 or equivalent)
