EduConnect Plus is for international students studying in Australia on a student visa (subclass 500), temporary graduate visa holders (subclass 485), and students offshore who are preparing to arrive. Whether you're enrolled in ELICOS, a VET diploma, a bachelor's or a master's program — if you're an international student navigating life in Australia, this is built for you.

Essential ($29/month) covers your arrival and study foundations — course guidance, accommodation matching, airport pickup, banking setup, content library, webinars, and community access. Professional ($59/month) adds career coaching, annual tax return support, personalised job alerts, job placement support, and quarterly PR pathway webinars. Premium ($99/month) adds an annual 1-hour PR strategy session with a migration specialist, individual job support, internship placement, discounted migration services, and student wellbeing support. When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months upfront and get 2 months free — saving 16.67% compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment, so they can't be cancelled or refunded mid-term. If you're not sure yet, start monthly and switch to annual once you're settled — the discount will apply from your next billing date.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference is prorated for your current billing period. For monthly members, you can downgrade or cancel at any time — changes apply at the start of your next billing month. For annual members, you can upgrade anytime but downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your 12-month term. You won't be auto-renewed on an annual plan — we'll notify you before it expires so you can choose how to continue.

You can cancel directly from your account dashboard at any time. For monthly plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month — you'll keep full access until then and won't be charged again. For annual plans, your membership continues until the end of your 12-month term. There are no cancellation fees on monthly plans.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment provider, Stripe. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

No — many of our members join from overseas before they arrive. The Essential plan is a great starting point for pre-arrival support including accommodation matching, banking setup guidance, airport pickup coordination, and orientation resources. Once you land in Australia, you can upgrade to Professional or Premium to access career coaching, tax support, and PR pathway services.

Once you're a member, you'll have access to our booking system where you can see available time slots and schedule sessions directly. You'll receive a confirmation email with a video call link. We recommend booking at least a few days in advance to get your preferred time. If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 4 hours before your session.

If you can't make a scheduled session, please reschedule at least 4 hours in advance through your booking link. If you miss a session without rescheduling, it will be counted as used for that period. We understand things come up — if you have an emergency, reach out to our support team and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes. Our team includes members who speak Nepali, Spanish, Hindi, and other languages. When you contact us, let us know your preference and we'll do our best to match you with someone who speaks your language. All formal sessions (career coaching, PR pathway) are conducted in English, but our support team can assist in your preferred language for general queries.

Professional and Premium members receive a 1-hour guided tax lodgement session each financial year with a registered tax agent. They'll walk you through your return, help you claim eligible deductions, and lodge on your behalf. You'll need to have your documents ready (payment summaries, bank statements, receipts for work-related expenses). This service is available during tax season (July to October). The session alone is typically valued at $120–$200 if purchased separately.

Premium members receive an annual 1-hour video consultation with a registered migration agent from our partner network. Together you'll review your current visa situation, qualifications, work experience, and discuss the most realistic pathway to permanent residency based on your circumstances. This is a general orientation session to help you understand your options — if you decide to proceed with a visa application or need formal migration advice, our migration partners offer these services at discounted member rates.

EduConnect Plus includes general migration pathway information and orientation. Professional members get quarterly PR pathway webinars covering visa changes, the points system, and occupation lists. Premium members get an annual 1-hour PR strategy session with a registered migration agent. Formal migration advice, visa eligibility assessments, and visa application lodgement are regulated services that must be provided by a registered migration agent — our partner network offers these at preferential rates for EduConnect Plus members.

The quarterly PR Pathway Webinar (included in Professional and Premium) is a group session covering general topics — visa policy updates, points system changes, occupation list updates, and common pathways. It's informational and not personalised to your situation. The annual PR Strategy Session (Premium only) is a private 1-hour consultation with a registered migration agent where you discuss your specific circumstances, qualifications, and options. Think of the webinar as "understanding the system" and the strategy session as "mapping your personal route through it."
