This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.

They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

Upon successful completion of all units in this course, students are eligible for the award of BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management.

Course Structure

To attain BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, the BSB – Business Services Training Package requires students to complete 10 units comprising 5 core and 5 elective units.

Entry Requirement

Admission Requirements
Academic Entry Requirements	Local students must have a completed Year 12 or the interstate equivalent. International students must have a successful completion of 12 years of schooling or equivalent to the Australia Higher School Certificate. Mature age students (21 years and over) may be admitted into this program without formal academic qualifications provided that they have sufficient literacy and numeracy requirements. Students who have previously completed a Certificate IV or higher qualification in Australia do not need to provide school certificates.
