Course Overview

Kick-start a career in the fast growing and diverse hospitality industry. Be equipped with the skills and knowledge to be competent in a varied range of positions including food and beverage attendant, function host, restaurant host, senior bar attendant, waiter and espresso coffee machine operator. You will acquire a range of well-developed hospitality service, sales or operational skills and sound knowledge of industry operations. You will learn to work with independence and under limited supervision using plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities.
