Course Overview

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Individuals at this level display initiative and judgment in planning, organisation, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesis information from a variety of sources.

Entry Requirement

Admission Requirements
Academic Entry Requirements
Completion of Year 12 or equivalent. However, it is expected that candidates will be entering this qualification through preferred pathways; or with demonstrable and relevant vocational experience in an administrative or a support role.

This course is also suitable for students progressing from BSB40215 or BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

At least 18 years of age at the commencement of the course
Language Requirement
IELTS Score (Minimum) IELTS 5.5  with a minimum 5.0 in each band, or equivalent TOEFL iBt 46, TOEFL PBT 527, or PTE 42
