Your bachelor's degree will be awarded to you at the successful completion of year 3 (or part-time equivalent).
Minimum timeframe for the bachelor's degree is 36 months and can vary according to absence, advanced standing status, studying full-time versus part-time, availability of subjects and your progress in the course.

You have the option of studying Business with or without a major in either Marketing or Management.
Year 1
After completing year 1 of your degree, you will be awarded with an applied diploma, should you decide to exit your degree at this point. You can add this qualification to your résumé and move forward with your career plans.

In this subject you will be introduced to a number of moral frameworks that you will use to analyse ethical issues for management. You will participate in innovative and challenging learning experiences/processes via the completion of online tasks. You will adopt relevant roles to participate in a high-level, ethics and rights discussion and debate to consider issues relating to organisations, global trade, advertising, the environment, politics, corruption and governance and the person as an individual. Working individually and in teams, within a collaborative learning environment, you will explore and analyse relevant literatures to develop moral reasoning in order to present an ethically based case to their peers and/or external parties.

This subject introduces you to the various concepts of Organisational Change and Development (OCD). Organisational change and development is concerned with the application of behavioural science knowledge and practice to help achieve greater organisational effectiveness. The focus of this subject is on enhancing the total organisational system within the content of the wider environment in order to enhance the organisation's capacity to achieve its goals. You will develop an understanding of the relevance of theories and principles that underlie the practice of organisational change and development in contemporary organisations.

Course costs*
Your degree fees are only $14,500 per year if you meet the relevant residency requirements, and are studying in a Commonwealth Supported Place.
