Clinton English is designed to help you understand information about our courses, campus, services, facilities, policies and procedures, as well as your rights and responsibilities as a student. It will also provide you with some very useful information about living in Melbourne. Vision: Clinton aims to become a new, high​-quality ELICOS course provider with a clear, conscious, and distinctive identity. With its careful and deliberate choice of core values subtly embedded into its identity, the students and staff will clearly see that Clinton is having an impact on them and the rest of the world. Mission: "We inspire and motivate our students to be the best they can be, through a supportive and respectful learning environment” Clinton has chosen this mission statement as they understand the courage and determination it takes an international student to embark on a language and life journey in a foreign country.
