National Skills Pty Ltd is based in QLD, providing quality services to a number of our clients across Australia. Our senior trainers each have well over 35 years experience in the construction industry and have been providing training and assessments in the VET sector for well over 15 years. Our trainers and assessors are prepared to travel anywhere in Australia if required. Distance is no barrier when it comes to you getting qualified. Delivering high quality training and assessment relies on the skills and knowledge of trainers and assessors. National Skills recognises that effective staff management is essential to the success of its operations and has prioritised policies to attract, develop and retain the highest quality staff and trainers. Our management supports a people focused approach that involves strong leadership, the selection of skilled and appropriate people with, clear goal setting and motivation. Management, staff and trainers work together to integrate the organisational objectives with individual expectations.
